Terms and Agreement of Service
Medical evaluation is required. Ineligible candidates will be refunded. The benefits of the subscription do not stack with other promotions/discounts unless explicitly described otherwise. Should membership lapse for more than a month, unused credits are null and void. Termination is allowed after three (3) months during in the membership with a 14-day written notice. Unit credits and other benefits of the Lifespring subscription are valid for the named subscriber only and cannot be shared or otherwise distributed to others. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to paying the agreed-upon amount displayed on the relevant subscription option so long as the subscription lasts, and agree that payments will be made pursuant to the terms of your cardholder agreement or the stipulations relevant to other means of payment. No failure of Lifespring to exercise any power given Lifespring hereof, or to insist upon strict compliance by the subscriber with his/her obligations hereof, and no custom or practice of the parties at variance with the terms hereof shall constitute a waiver of Litespring’s right to require strict compliance with these terms.
